congruence with Cosmic Community Awareness guidelines from a
non financial services standpoint. A core set of guidelines that you
should support would consist of:

    customers to a source of Safe Locations and non-military
    survival guides.
  6. Have simple references on how bartering and/or a cashless
    society works.

  8. Work with businesses to establish logistics guidelines for
    your ESR network.


Guidelines 13 - 14:

  1. (13) Compliance.
  2. (14) High Land Investments. Your organization should be
    financially involved in organizing ESR teams in both lower
